We build the shortest path to the person who decides.
Most of America's businesses are run by their owners. Owner IQ exists so the right conversation starts with the right person, on the first call.
The front desk is not a gatekeeper problem. It is a data problem.
Ask anyone who sells to small and mid-sized businesses where the time goes, and you will hear the same thing: dialing numbers that ring a receptionist, a voicemail tree, or a business that closed two years ago. Data tools built for enterprise org charts answer the wrong question for these companies.
Owner IQ starts from a different one: who owns this business, and what reaches them? We assemble public records like FMCSA carrier registrations and SBA loan data with business information from many sources, merge it into one record per company, and label every line for what it is.
The result is a database of 2,994,867 U.S. companies, with a named owner on 1.67M of them, built for sellers who would rather have one good conversation than a hundred dead dials.
Four principles we build against.
They shape what goes into a record, how it is labeled, and what happens when someone asks us to take theirs out.
One business, one record
The same company shows up in many places under slightly different names. We merge it into a single record, so your team never calls the same owner five times from five lists.
Every number tells you what it is
A cell is labeled a cell. A main line is labeled a main line. Knowing who will answer before you dial saves time, and it keeps you on the right side of the rules.
Show the work
Each record shows how many independent sources stand behind it, and public filings are named for what they are. Confidence is something you can see, not something we ask you to assume.
Respect the people in the data
Owners run real businesses. Anyone listed can see, correct or remove their information, and we never sell it for decisions about credit, housing or employment.
Questions, partnerships, or a territory to size?
We read every message. Write to us and a person, not a sequence, will answer.
